Bbc New Parts & Used Appliances started back in 2012 with a simple mission: provide honest, reliable appliance repair services to our neighbors in Jackson and the surrounding areas. What began as a small operation with one truck has grown into one of the most trusted names in major appliance repair throughout central Mississippi.
Our founder, John Harrison, saw too many customers getting taken advantage of by companies that overcharged for simple fixes or used substandard parts. He set out to change that—building a company based on transparency, fair pricing, and doing the job right the first time.
