Service Agreement

By requesting service from Bbc New Parts & Used Appliances, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include appliance repair, maintenance, and installation for residential customers in the Jackson, Mississippi area.

Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to provide same-day or next-day service for urgent repairs. Please be available at the scheduled time to grant our technicians access to your property and appliances.

Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee is waived if you approve the recommended repair. The diagnostic fee covers the technician's time to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided before work begins. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a service warranty. Warranty terms vary by type of repair and parts used. Specific warranty information will be provided at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the appliance and work area
• Removing items from around and on top of appliances
• Informing us of any pets in the home
• Providing accurate information about the appliance and problem

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during the repair process.
