Parts Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with the parts we provide. If a part does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Parts must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Special order parts may be subject to a restocking fee
Process for Returns
To return a part, please contact our office at (601) 961-2389 to request a return authorization. Once authorized, you may return the part to our location during business hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Defective Parts
If you receive a defective part, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective part at no additional cost. Please provide photos and a description of the defect when contacting us.
Used Appliances
Used appliances are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. All used appliances are tested and certified to be in working condition at the time of sale. We do not offer returns on used appliances unless the appliance is found to be non-functional at the time of delivery.
Installation Services
Installation services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a scheduled installation appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
Service Work
Service work and repairs are non-refundable once the work has been completed and the appliance has been returned to working condition. If you believe the repair was not completed satisfactorily, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.
